DezemberHub is developed and operated by Dezember Software GmbH from Edenkoben in the Palatinate (HRB 33726, Landau District Court). Behind the product are the two founders Chris Kopetschny and Robin Ambrosius, who have been building retail and e-commerce solutions since 2013 and founded their joint GmbH in 2017. DezemberHub is the inventory management system for shoe and fashion retail with POS and AI assistant launched in 2023, builds on technology that has been running productively in retail since 2015, and is operated in German data centres.

Where is my data stored?
By default DezemberHub is operated in German data centres. Your ERP, POS and customer data therefore stays in Germany. If you prefer to keep your data locally, that is possible on request.
