Exclusively for HIS customers

ANWR DCC and ECC: your data is already there. Use it.

You are already investing in ANWR DCC and ECC Clearing Center. These data contain complete product information: images, descriptions, material compositions, care instructions, GTINs, manufacturer photos.

DezemberHub reads these clearing center data automatically and uses them to populate your Zalando and OTTO listings. What Zalando requires as mandatory fields (upper material, lining, insole, heel height) comes directly from the ECC or ANWR DCC. You type nothing in.

For ANWR members, a direct path to Zalando: your investment in the buying group pays off.

ANWR DCC directly integrated

Items from your ANWR assortment automatically receive complete master data. No export, no follow-up maintenance.

ECC Clearing Center

Mandatory fields for Zalando, OTTO, and About You are automatically populated from the ECC. This significantly simplifies the Zalando onboarding process.

HIS::EDI Master Data as Foundation

What is already maintained in EDI flows through directly. ECC and ANWR DCC fill in the rest. Result: complete listings without extra effort.

No Parallel System for Product Data

Other providers require a separate PIM system. DezemberHub builds on your existing data sources.

Automatic Size Mapping

HIS::WIN Zalando OTTO

38,5 EU 38.5 Größe 38.5
39 EU 39 Größe 39
40 EU 40 Größe 40

All widths (narrow, standard, wide) also mapped

Color names from your ERP system are mapped to Zalando's color taxonomy and OTTO color values. No manual assignment needed.

Shoe Retail Expertise

Size matrix mapping: your HIS assortment, prepared for marketplace use

Zalando requires EU sizes in a specific format, OTTO has its own size values, and your ERP system stores sizes in its own size matrix. Anyone who wants to sell shoes online needs to bring all of this together.

Add to that widths (narrow, standard, wide, extra wide), half sizes, and industry-specific attributes such as heel height in centimeters, shoe width in letters, or upper material classification. Each marketplace uses a different schema.

DezemberHub includes preconfigured mapping tables for Zalando, OTTO, About You, and all other relevant shoe marketplaces. Once set up, everything runs automatically.

HIS::POS Real-Time Sync

Receipt printed. Zalando inventory updated. In seconds.

In shoe retail, every pair counts. Size 40 is gone the moment it leaves the store. Overselling on Zalando or OTTO is not an option.

HIS reports

The ERP system updates the inventory. DezemberHub receives the signal instantly.

DezemberHub synchronizes

Multi-branch solution

5 branches, one marketplace inventory. Automatically consolidated.

Your ERP system manages branch inventories centrally. DezemberHub consolidates these stocks into a unified marketplace presence. A shoe sitting in branch 3 can be sold on Zalando, even if your central warehouse doesn't carry it.

You decide which branches are enabled for online sales. Each branch can ship orders independently. Ship-from-Store runs directly from the POS location.

  • Inventory consolidation across all enabled branches
  • Ship-from-Store: print shipping labels directly at the branch
  • Cross-branch returns, just as you know it from the POS
  • Scales from a single store to large retail chains with 160+ locations

Frequently asked questions about the HIS marketplace connection

What is the HIS marketplace connection from DezemberHub?

The HIS marketplace connection is the DezemberHub Connector, an interface between your HIS ERP system and over 50 marketplaces such as Zalando, OTTO, About You, and Kaufland. Inventory, prices, and product data flow automatically from HIS to the channels, and orders return to HIS::MailOrder. HIS remains your leading system.

Can I sell on Zalando using HIS::WIN?

Yes. The DezemberHub Connector is the interface between HIS::WIN and Zalando. Inventory, prices, and product data from your system are automatically transferred to Zalando, and orders flow back into HIS::MailOrder. Size matrix mapping is handled automatically. Your existing XML connections remain untouched.

Can I keep HIS::XML running in parallel?

Yes. DezemberHub connects all marketplaces and runs in parallel with existing XML connections. You decide which channels you manage through DezemberHub and which run through your existing connections.

Does DezemberHub also work with HIS::ASP?

Yes. Both the local Windows installation and the ASP cloud variant are supported. The connection is made via a standardized interface, regardless of your hosting option.

How are shoe sizes from HIS::WIN mapped to Zalando?

DezemberHub includes preconfigured size mapping tables for Zalando, OTTO, and all other relevant marketplaces. The HIS size matrix with EU sizes, half sizes, and widths (narrow, standard, wide, extra wide) is translated into the format expected by each marketplace. Color names and upper material classifications are also mapped. Manual assignment is usually limited to individual exceptions.

How do I benefit as an ANWR member during Zalando onboarding?

As an ANWR member, you already have access to ANWR DCC product data. DezemberHub reads this data automatically and uses it to fill in the required fields for Zalando and OTTO: upper material, lining, insole, care instructions, GTINs, and additional attributes. This eliminates manual data entry and significantly speeds up Zalando onboarding.

What happens to inventory when a shoe is sold at the POS?

Every POS transaction triggers an inventory update on all connected marketplaces. When a pair in size 40 is sold at the POS, Zalando, OTTO, and all other active channels see the updated inventory within seconds. This prevents overselling.

Does the connection also work for retail chains?

Yes, and this is one of the strengths for HIS customers. The ERP system manages all branch inventories centrally, and DezemberHub consolidates them into a unified marketplace presence. You decide which branches are enabled for online sales. Each branch can ship orders directly. The solution scales from a single store to chains with 160+ locations.

What does the HIS marketplace connection cost?

The DezemberHub Connector is offered on request and is tailored to your setup and channels. The entry point is a guided pilot phase in which everything is set up and tested.
