What to expect with DezemberHub
- ·ERP system with sizes and widths: Variant matrix of colour and size, EU/UK/US size systems with automatic conversion, widths and half sizes, season management with NOS control.
- ·Master data via ECC: Create products by manufacturer number and EANs, sizes, images, and RRPs are added automatically. The AI import reads order sheets as PDFs, photos, or voice memos.
- ·POS: TSE-compliant and offline-capable. Processing sales, printing receipts, and managing stock all work without internet; end-of-day closing takes minutes.
- ·Store control: Store balancing, automatic merchandise distribution, size balancing between locations and transfers. If one store sells a pair that another still stocks, the balancing is suggested.
- ·Purchasing and replenishment: Pre-orders and reorders, goods receipt with target/actual comparison, order suggestions based on sell-through rate and reorder level.
- ·Stocktaking via mobile device: Guided stocktaking with mobile devices, difference lists, stock valuation and finalisation.
- ·Customer loyalty at the POS: Customer cards, vouchers, gift cards, deposits and goods reservation are part of it. Parking a receipt, exchanges and reprinting receipts take just a few clicks.
- ·Shipping: Pick lists, packing stations, and shipping labels for DHL, DPD, and UPS with rule-based carrier routing.
