Frequently asked questions about the AI assistant
Does the assistant do things without my approval?
No. Everything that changes inventory, prices, or orders is presented to you for approval first. Only fixed workflows that you have set up yourself run automatically.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
Not for normal everyday use: the assistant is included in the base price with a fair quota. More AI capacity is available on a usage basis on request, or you can bring your own AI access.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You write or dictate normal sentences, just as you would speak to an employee. A voice message is enough too. The assistant knows your items, brands, and stores and understands what you mean.
Where does the assistant get its answers from?
From your system. It works directly on your inventory, sales, and orders, not on general knowledge from the internet.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored in German data centers and belongs to you. If you bring your own AI access, you also decide which provider processes the requests.
