Sizes and widths, half sizes, size systems in EU, UK, and US, NOS management, and season management are all standard. The POS is TSE-compliant and works offline. Reports drill down to individual sizes and export to DATEV.
Online selling via marketplaces is an optional add-on through the DezemberHub Connector, which also serves as a bridge when migrating from your existing system.

Can I migrate my data from the old system?
As a rule, yes. The basis is a data export from your current system, for example as a CSV or Excel file. We check with you in advance which data can be migrated, and the migration itself is free of charge.
Do I have to switch on a fixed cutover date?
No. The switch happens without a fixed cutover date. You move over when your data, POS, and processes are ready, not on a deadline under pressure.
Can I try DezemberHub first?

Does DezemberHub also sell via marketplaces?
Yes. Online selling via Amazon, OTTO, Zalando, and other marketplaces runs through the DezemberHub Connector as an optional add-on. It also serves as a bridge when migrating from your existing system.
What applies if my provider raises prices?
Without a valid price adjustment clause, the provider cannot enforce the increase during the current contract term; in practice this is usually followed by a termination with an offer of new terms at the next regular date. Many contracts also provide a special right of termination in the event of unilateral increases. What matters is reacting in time and reviewing your own termination options. Can I get my data out of my current system?
Yes. Since September 12, 2025, the EU Data Act also applies to cloud inventory management and POS systems: providers must hand over exportable data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and switching charges will be abolished completely from January 12, 2027. We import your data from such an export into DezemberHub free of charge.
