How long does the switch take?

As long as you need. The data migration itself is quick; after that you test in parallel with your old system. Some retailers switch after two weeks, others take two months. Both are fine.

What does the data migration cost?

Nothing. Migrating products, inventory, and customer data is part of the switcher advantage and is included in the regular monthly price.

What does DezemberHub cost after the trial period?

The price consists of a base fee of €50 per month plus €50 per additional POS. Revenue, number of branches, and number of employees don't factor in. The AI assistant is included in the base price. How long is the trial period and what should I be aware of?

You test DezemberHub free for 30 days. You start with just your email address, no payment details required. The trial ends automatically and there is no automatic renewal.

Which data is migrated?

Products with colors and sizes, product categories, suppliers, prices, stock per branch, customer data, and product images. We also bring across your sales history as far as your legacy system can provide it.

Do I need to re-label my inventory?

No. We take over the barcode contents from your legacy system and your labels stay on the products. At the POS and during stocktaking you keep scanning them exactly as before.

Can I continue using my existing hardware?

In most cases, yes. DezemberHub runs in the browser on standard computers running macOS and Windows. Common receipt printers, scanners, and card terminals can be connected in just a few minutes.

Do I have to switch on a specific cutover date?

No, that is the core of our approach. Your old system keeps running in parallel until you feel confident. You set the switchover date yourself.

How do I make sure all data was migrated correctly?

You check it yourself, at your own pace. After the migration you compare products, inventory, and customers against your old system, which keeps running in parallel. You only switch over once everything is correct.

My system isn't in the list. Can I still switch?

Most likely yes. The list shows the most common systems, but we have already migrated data from many other sources. Give us a call and we will take a look at your system together.

Does my team need training?

You don't need paid training. DezemberHub is built so that your team can find their way on their own, and during the trial period you work with your real data. We guide you personally through onboarding and that is included in the price.

What happens if I'm not happy after switching?

Then you cancel. Monthly cancellation applies from day one. Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time.
