Yes, stores are built in. Each location has its own stock, every store sees the stock of the others, and transfers are posted cleanly at both locations. Stocktaking runs per location with a scanner. Additional locations cost nothing extra; the price depends solely on the number of concurrently running POS terminals.

Yes. You issue, redeem and manage vouchers directly at the POS, and the remaining balance is automatically kept as customer credit. The customer history with recent purchases and credits is available right at the POS.

Yes. The DezemberHub Connector connects your ERP system to Zalando, OTTO, Amazon, and over 50 other marketplaces and can take over an existing integration. The Connector is billed on usage; request your terms.

From the Business plan upwards, DezemberHub supports an unlimited number of branches and employees; the Starter plan covers one location with one POS terminal. All branches work on a shared stock pool, and stock transfers are recorded with a document and posting on both sides. The number of branches, the number of employees and store revenue play no role in the price.

The guaranteed response times are part of the terms and conditions as an SLA: priority 1 within 4 hours, priority 2 within 8 hours, priority 3 within 48 hours and priority 4 within 120 hours.
