Besides inventory management and POS, the vendor by its own account offers CRM, mobile apps and a document archive as separate solutions.
By its own account, the vendor targets fashion, sports and shoe retailers, specialists in bedding and home textiles as well as chain stores and department stores. According to the vendor, HILTES runs either locally on a PC or server or hosted in the cloud (Infrastructure as a Service), and the software can be bought, leased or rented according to the vendor. According to the vendor, the WinCash 5000 POS meets the requirements of KassenSichV, DSFinV-K, TSE and RKSV, and HILTES also processes EDI messages such as PRICAT and DESADV according to the vendor. The Starter plan covers one location; for chain stores there is the Business plan from a €100 base fee plus €50 per register. From the Business plan on, the number of stores does not change the price, spare registers are always free, and DezemberHub can be cancelled monthly.
