What is the DezemberHub POS?
The DezemberHub POS is the POS system in the DezemberHub ERP system, built for shoe and fashion retail in the DACH region. It works offline directly on the device, is TSE-compliant and provides the DSFinV-K export as well as GoBD-compliant documentation. Every sale posts inventory in real time across all branches and online channels, and the end-of-day closing takes just a few minutes. Offline capability

The POS runs locally on your device. If the connection drops, you keep selling as normal: receipts, payments, receipt printing. As soon as the internet is back, everything syncs automatically.

What hardware does the POS run on?
On old and new hardware alike: the POS also runs in the browser, even on devices around 10 years old. The minimum is Windows 7 or iOS/iPadOS 16, and it runs just as well on current systems such as Windows 11 and iOS/iPadOS 26, as well as on macOS, Android and Linux.

Is the POS TSE-compliant?

Do I have to replace the TSE at some point?

Do I have to report my POS to the tax office?
Yes. Since January 1, 2025, electronic POS systems must be reported to the tax office together with their TSE via Mein ELSTER, in one notification per business location. When you switch to DezemberHub, a specialised partner service handles this on request, for a one-time third-party fee of €30 per business location, no matter how many POS terminals run there. Alternatively, you can conveniently file the report yourself via Mein ELSTER.
What happens when legal requirements change?
Adapting is part of the software: changes such as the POS reporting obligation, e-invoicing or the planned receipt reform flow in as regular updates, at no extra charge and without a project of your own. DezemberHub is continuously developed, so you always work on the current version.

All Epson receipt printers are supported, we connect additional manufacturers individually, and scanners and card terminals are set up in a few minutes. You can usually keep using existing hardware.
