What is the DezemberHub Amazon integration?

The DezemberHub Amazon integration is an interface that connects your ERP or POS system with Amazon Seller Central. It transfers your products to Amazon, reconciles stock levels in real time, and automatically imports incoming orders back into your system. You manage your Amazon sales from the software you already know, instead of maintaining them separately in Seller Central.

What does selling on Amazon cost?

The Amazon Professional selling plan costs €39 per month plus VAT; individual sellers alternatively pay €0.99 per item sold. On top of that comes a referral fee on the total price including shipping: 15% for shoes, for clothing a tiered 5 to 15% depending on the sales price. FBA fees apply separately.

Frequently asked questions about the Amazon integration

How long does the Amazon integration setup take?

The technical setup is usually possible within a short time. Once you grant us access to your Amazon Seller Central, we configure the interface, run a test, and agree on the go-live date with you.

Does DezemberHub support both FBA and FBM?

Yes. You can use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) simultaneously. Stock levels are reconciled for both shipping models.

Can I sell on multiple European Amazon marketplaces simultaneously?

Yes. DezemberHub supports the European Amazon marketplaces, including Amazon.de, .fr, .it, and .es. You manage your products centrally in your system and offer them on multiple marketplaces in parallel.

What happens when an item is sold on Amazon?

The order is automatically imported into your ERP system, stock is immediately reduced, and the invoice is created. With FBM you receive the shipping labels, with FBA Amazon handles the shipping.

How does DezemberHub prevent overselling?

DezemberHub reconciles stock levels in real time. As soon as an item is sold at the POS or online, DezemberHub updates the inventory across all connected channels. This prevents you from selling the same item twice.

Do I need to replace my ERP system to sell on Amazon?

No. The DezemberHub Connector sits alongside your existing system and opens it up to Amazon. Your system remains your central hub. If you later want to switch to the full DezemberHub ERP, your Amazon sales simply continue.

How much does the Amazon integration cost?

Online selling via the DezemberHub Connector is an optional, usage-based add-on with no minimum volume. You get your specific quote on request. The complete DezemberHub ERP comes in plans from a €50 base fee per month plus €50 per simultaneously running POS terminal.

How high is the Amazon referral fee for shoes and clothing?

For shoes, Amazon charges a 15% referral fee on the total price including shipping, with a minimum of €0.30 per item. For clothing, a tiered scale applies: 5% up to €15, 10% over €15 up to €20, and 15% over €20 sales price. On top of that comes the Professional selling plan at €39 per month plus VAT.
