JTL pricing 2026: What's changing and what options retailers have

New package structure since April 1, 2026, eazyAuction order packages and the 3-system chain for Zalando: what this means for small fashion and shoe retailers.

In short: JTL-Wawi itself is available from a free starter edition, with ongoing costs arising from three components: the chosen edition, eazyAuction order packages for marketplaces, and external connectors for channels like Zalando. On April 1, 2026, JTL restructured its pricing and package offering. This article shows the current packages, what marketplace connections cost, and where additional costs arise for fashion and shoe retailers.

As of June 2026. All pricing information is sourced from publicly available vendor disclosures (jtl-software.com) and is subject to change. No guarantee of accuracy; all prices are net plus VAT. The JTL package structure since April 1, 2026

JTL offers its ERP system in several editions. The entry level remains free, with packages scaling up by feature scope:

Edition Price per month Assessment
JTL StartFreeEntry level for founders and small retailers
JTL Advanced99 EURExtended features, including JTL-Shop Standard license
JTL Pro329 EURPositioned by JTL as the recommended option
JTL EnterpriseOn requestUnlimited orders, custom features

The editions are just the foundation. Anyone selling on marketplaces also encounters the eazyAuction order packages. And this is precisely where the bill becomes more complex for many retailers than the package overview initially suggests. The new structure is being actively discussed in the JTL forum accordingly.

eazyAuction: What marketplace connections cost

eazyAuction is the marketplace interface integrated into JTL-Wawi. It natively covers Amazon, eBay, OTTO Market, Kaufland, MediaMarktSaturn and voelkner, among others, and is billed via order packages. Billing is based on transactions on the marketplace account:

Order package Price per month
100 orders19 EUR
2,500 orders (Amazon/eBay, common configuration)up to 139 EUR
10,000 orders629 EUR
Amazon/eBay Flat399 EUR

One advantage: the packages are cancellable monthly with no minimum contract term. However, it is important to know what eazyAuction does not cover: Zalando, About You and Limango are not natively included, nor are industry-specific platforms such as schuhe.de. For fashion and shoe retailers, these are often exactly the channels that matter most.

Zalando and About You with JTL: Why three systems are needed

Anyone who wants to sell on Zalando or About You with JTL-Wawi typically ends up with a chain of multiple systems in practice: JTL-Wawi is connected via the Unicorn 2 connector to the middleware Tradebyte (TB.One, a Zalando subsidiary), which in turn connects to the marketplace.

Typical setup for Zalando with JTL

JTL-Wawi → Unicorn 2 → Tradebyte → Zalando / About You

  • • Unicorn 2 (marcos software): Single license 29.99 EUR/month for one marketplace, multi-license 74.99 EUR/month, plus a one-time setup fee of 99.99 EUR
  • • Tradebyte (TB.One): Terms depend on the marketplace and are not public; they come on top
  • • Result: three or more systems, multiple contracts, multiple contacts, and multiple potential points of failure

Calculation example: small fashion or shoe retailer

Let us take a small retailer with a physical store who sells on Amazon and eBay and wants to add Zalando. A possible configuration based on publicly stated prices:

Swipe to see all columns

Component Cost per month
JTL Advanced Edition99 EUR
eazyAuction order package (Amazon/eBay, up to 2,500 orders)up to 139 EUR
Unicorn 2 single license for Zalando (plus 99.99 EUR one-time setup)29.99 EUR
Tradebyte termsNot public, comes on top
Subtotal (excluding Tradebyte)approx. 268 EUR

The example is intentionally simplified: depending on order volume, edition and chosen modules, the bill will differ. Tradebyte costs are not included because they are not public. The key point: total costs are made up of several components from multiple vendors, and it is the fashion channels in particular that drive complexity and overall price.

Three options for fashion and shoe retailers

  • Stay with JTL and review the packages: If your setup is running smoothly and you primarily serve Amazon and eBay, JTL with eazyAuction is a well-established combination. Check whether your edition and order package still match your actual volume.
  • Add missing channels in a targeted way: For Zalando, About You or schuhe.de, you can add a middleware rather than replacing your entire setup. When doing so, compare the total cost of the chain, not just the price of the individual connector.
  • Question the overall setup: If you are already juggling multiple systems and contracts, it is worth looking at solutions that cover ERP, POS and marketplace integration from a single source. To do this, add up all the components and compare on an annual basis. For specialty retail specifically, we have summarized the requirements for shoe retail and fashion retail .

Our take

Transparency: this is our own recommendation

This article comes from DezemberHub, so we have a stake in this. Our model is deliberately structured differently: a fixed base price plus a fixed price per concurrent POS. Revenue, number of locations and headcount play no role in pricing. The AI assistant is included in the base price, prices are public and you can cancel monthly with no setup costs. Marketplace selling is an optional, usage-based module available on request. Whether that fits you better than your JTL setup depends on your volume and your channels.

You can find the direct comparison in our JTL-Wawi Alternative, all packages are transparently listed on the pricing overview.

Conclusion

The new JTL structure since April 2026 keeps entry free but distributes ongoing costs across editions, order packages and external connectors. For small fashion and shoe retailers, the advice is: work through your specific configuration once in full, including all components for Zalando and similar channels. Only then can you reliably assess whether your current setup is still the right fit.
